Need custom t-shirts for a Milwaukee event? We print them at the event. Each guest picks a design and a size, watches it made, and is wearing it about two minutes later.
The shirt order, moved to the venue
A normal custom order means approving a proof, guessing a size split, and waiting on boxes. At a live station during a taproom anniversary or a Baird Center booth, every shirt is printed for the person in front of the press, in the size they ask for, so there's no stack of 3XLs left over.
What we print
- Tees: standard or retail-fit, printed to order by size and design.
- Hoodies and crewnecks: the usual swap for Milwaukee dates between fall and spring.
- Caps and beanies: built by the guest at the live hat bar.
- Totes and hard goods: promo items for a crowd with enough tees.
Press or DTF?
One bold design on a lot of shirts is live screen printing, the quickest option at volume. Photos, full-color art and names are live DTF printing, with no color limit. Send the art and we'll tell you which.
Why print it live: no leftover sizes, no delivery date to sweat, and a shirt the guest saw come off the press, which is the one that gets worn around Milwaukee afterward.

How a Milwaukee tee order comes together
We order blanks to your headcount across XS–4XL and ship them from Fullerton on the same truck as the presses, before the crew flies in. Art is final about a week out so screens and film travel in the same freight.
On the day, the two-press station takes roughly 10×10 ft and two 120V circuits and runs 100+ shirts an hour with a short design menu. That fits a Walker's Point taproom, a downtown ballroom or a Baird Center booth.
