The Deer District is built around Fiserv Forum, with the plaza and bars around the arena filling up on game and concert nights. That makes it a crowd-size job: arena hospitality spaces, watch parties and sponsor activations where people arrive all at once before the doors and again after the horn.
We size builds here for the rush, not the average: two presses and a crew member at the front of the line taking sizes. Arena spaces come with their own event staff and load-in rules, so we start with the venue's event contact. Corporate groups also book suites and private rooms here, where one embroidery or hat bar station fits better.
What runs well in the Deer District
- Live screen printing: a sponsor tee printed fast for a game-night crowd.
- Live DTF: names and numbers on each shirt for fans.
- Live hat bar: caps with a patch guests build before tip-off.
- Promo & hard goods: koozies and totes for a watch party.
Hosting elsewhere in the city? Downtown & Baird Center, Historic Third Ward, Walker's Point, Bay View, and the Lakefront are covered too. Presses come by truck from Fullerton and the crew lands a day early, so arena load-in rules are sorted before anything ships.
Arena-side builds take the same 10×10 ft and two dedicated 120V/20A circuits as anywhere else. Outdoors on the plaza, we also need cover and a place for the line.
Send the Deer District venue, the date and the expected crowd, and we'll send an itemized quote within 24 hours.
