Live stations
Live Printing Services in Milwaukee
Five station types, one crew. A full press line fits a show day at Baird Center; one compact station fits a Third Ward loft or a hotel ballroom. The kit ships from our Fullerton shop ahead of the crew, so it's built before your doors open.
Most Milwaukee events need one method. Bigger ones pair two: a press for the long run and a DTF or hat bar station for names and custom picks. Tell us the room and the crowd, from a Deer District plaza to a Racine ballroom, and we'll say which pairing is worth the floor space.
Before you book a Milwaukee date. Each live printing station takes about 10×10 ft, two dedicated 120V/20A circuits and a dock or lift for the road cases, which a Baird Center hall, a hotel ballroom or a lakefront festival tent can all give us. One press prints up to 60 shirts an hour, the standard two-press station clears 100+, and each guest waits about two minutes. Most Milwaukee events land between $5K and $15K all-in, with travel and lodging as one fixed line. Six to ten weeks out is the comfortable window, because the presses ship as freight from Fullerton and we time that freight to your show's move-in. Summer festival weekends fill first.
