A live station works at almost any size of Milwaukee corporate event, from a leadership offsite of fifty to a conference filling Baird Center. Between sessions, attendees choose a design and walk back in wearing it. Our kit comes from Fullerton by freight with the crew a day behind, so shifting the date needs about two weeks' notice.
You get the full operation: printers, presses, blanks, the build and the strike, and a queue planned around your sessions. An offsite in a Third Ward loft takes one compact station. A Baird Center conference takes several.
How live t-shirt printing fits a company event
- Any headcount: one station for a team day, more for a conference hall.
- On your schedule: run it at breaks, at the evening reception, or straight through the day.
- Personal touches: DTF puts a department, plant, region or year on each shirt.
- Executive gifts: embroidery or a hat bar for a leadership group or client suite.
It shows up most at sales kickoffs, annual meetings and holiday parties. Read how pricing works or tell us about your event.
Corporate events around Milwaukee
Most of the city's larger meetings happen downtown, in the Baird Center halls and the hotel ballrooms by the river. Those builds use several presses and a line timed to the session breaks. Out in Brookfield and Waukesha, company campuses tend to want one station in an atrium or cafeteria for an all-hands day.
After hours works too. A holiday party in Walker's Point, a client night in a Fiserv Forum suite or a team outing in the Deer District all suit a press. When the piece should feel like a gift, use live embroidery in place of the press.
What on-site event printing needs at a Milwaukee meeting
Each station takes about 10×10 ft and two dedicated 120V/20A circuits. At Baird Center that power goes on the venue's electrical order, so we get the request in with your other booth or room orders, not the week of. Hotel ballrooms by the river usually run it through the in-house AV team. A two-press station turns out 100+ shirts an hour at roughly two minutes a shirt, which is enough to clear a coffee-break line before the next session starts. Sales kickoffs tend to land in January here, so we plan the load-in around snow and the dock schedule and keep the blanks boxed until they're inside. For a crowd that wants a logo plus their team name, live DTF printing in Milwaukee handles the extra colors, and a live hat bar works well at the evening reception.
