Give a Milwaukee date six to ten weeks. The presses ship as freight from our Fullerton shop, 1,732 miles away as the crow flies, and the crew lands a day early, so the calendar is set by shipping and your venue's load-in slot, not by how busy the presses are.
What those weeks cover
- Load-in slot: Baird Center and the bigger downtown rooms assign dock times. We need yours before the freight can be booked.
- Freight: presses, dryers, tables and blanks go out on a truck well before the crew flies.
- Art: final files about a week out, so screens and DTF film are made before the gear leaves.
- Garments: the blank order locks at the same point, across XS–4XL. A headcount that keeps changing holds up a Milwaukee job more often than anything on our side.
Summer and show weeks
Lakefront festival season fills the summer calendar early, and a big Baird Center show tightens hotels and local labor across town at once. If your date lands in either, ask as soon as you know it. Send the date and a headcount and we'll confirm whether it's open within 24 hours.
Shorter than six weeks isn't a flat no. It works best with one simple design and standard blanks, and when the venue can give us a load-in time right away. Moving a date after booking needs about two weeks' notice, because the freight has to be rebooked.
